• Calcium (as citrate) 200mg; Calcium (as amino acid chelate) 100mg; (Total Calcium 300mg); Magnesium (as oxide) 150mg; Manganese (as amino acid chelate) 1mg; Boron (as Borax) 1mg; Zinc (as gluconate) 1mg; Equistum arvense (Horsetail) ext. equiv. stem dry 50mg; Vit. D3 (Cholecalciferol 200IU) 5mcg; Vitamin K1 (Phytomenadione) 2.5mcg.
• Free from lactose, wheat, gluten, glucose, yeast, salt, dairy, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions:

• Adults - take up to 3 tablets daily, depending on your calcium requireement and dietary intake.
• Children - ages 2 to 12 - can take one tablet daily.

These tablets are made with a break bar allowing the tablet to be easily snapped in half for easier swallowing.
