This formula contains Folic Acid, 400mcg of which is recommended before conception and during pregnancy to help prevent neural tube defects and contribute towards a normal pregnancy. Includes B Vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Iron, Calcium, Iodine and Zinc, all of which are important during pregnancy. Contains Tuna Oil as a source of the omega 3 fatty acid DHA, required for the infant's developing nervous system.

Directions:

• Take two capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution:

• Over 8,000IU per doay of Vitamin A may cause birth defects.  These capsules contain less than 55IU of Vitamin A.  Talk to a healthcare practitioner about all Vitamin A containing supplements during pregnancy.
