• Juglans nigra fruit hull (Black Walnut) 100mg
• Foeniculum vulgare fruit (Fennel) 100mg
• Mentha X piperita leaf (Peppermint) 50mg
• Gentiana lutea root (Gentian) 100mg
• Carica papaya fruit powder (Paw Paw) 250mg
• Cynara scolymus leaf (Globe Artichoke) 100mg
• Plantago afra seed husk powder (Psyllium) 100mg
• Uncaria tomentosa bark (Cat’s Claw) 100mg

Directions:

For best results try and avoid or dramatically reduce the following foods for the first 15 days on starting stomach clear -

• Animal products - pork, lamb, chicken, eggs, dairy products including butter and milk
• Refined (white) flour products, white rice, white pasta, white bread
• Processed foods - including canned foods, packaged foods, frozen foods, chips, chocolate, donuts, cakes, biscuits, jams, fruit spreads, margarine and peanut butter.
• Caffeine drinks - coffee, tea, cola with caffeine etc
• Alcoholic beverages - wines, beer and spirits etc
• Soft drinks, flavoured drinks, cordial drinks and any other beverages that contain sugar

Important rules that will enhance your liver function -

• Do not over-eat
• Do not eat late at night or within 2 hours of retiring
• Do not drink with main meals. Wait an hour before and after eating
• Always chew your food slowly and thoroughly before swallowing
• Try to include most of the foods listed below for the rest of your life

Eat all sprouted seeds, grains and legumes - Mung, Alfalfa, mixed salad etc. All raw and steamed vegetables (including potatoes) - best to eat later in the day. All fresh fruits, raw nuts & seeds; almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds are best. All whole grains, rolled oats, brown rice, rye, barley, buckwheat, linseed meal, millet etc. Wholemeal bread, wholemeal pasta, brown rice. Sun dried fruits - Apricots, figs, dates, peaches, sultanas etc. All fresh vegetable and fruit juices. Herbal teas with pure water (do not add milk or sugar).

Caution:

• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Take at least one hour away from all other medications.
