What happens if I wish to return or exchange a product?

If you've ordered & received an product that is not suitable to your needs, you are welcome to return the product to New Leaf Online for exchange or full refund. The return of the product is the sole responsibility of the customer and needs to be completed within two weeks of delivery. Items purchased from our "Bargain Bin" cannot be returned.

What happens if my package is damaged in transit?

New Leaf Online takes great care to package your order to avoid damage in transit. Where a product is received damaged & unusable due to unforeseeable circumstances, New Leaf Online will deliver a replacement product free of charge and as quickly as possible. The replacement package will include postage for the damaged product to be returned to New Leaf Online.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed in transit?

New Leaf Online only uses reputable postage & courier companies and loss or delay in transit is extremely rare. Where a product is lost, New Leaf Online will deliver a replacement product free of charge and as quickly as possible. If necessary, future orders will be delivered to an alternative address, with extra security and / or additionally insurance to avoid further loss.

What happens if I a mistake is made with the delivery of my order?

In the unfortunate circumstance that New Leaf Online makes a mistake with the delivery of your order, then we will deliver the correct product free of charge and as quickly as possible. The replacement package will include postage for the damaged product to be returned to New Leaf Online.
