New Leaf Online is pleased to announce that we now provide practitioner only products through our Practitioner Only Products Programme. Our Practitioner Only Product range includes brands such as: Metagenics, Bioceuticals, Eagle, Thompsons, Dr Vera, and Blackmores. These products are all discounted from recommended retail prices and can be conveniently delivered to your home or workplace.

To Order

To order Practitioner Only Products you must have consulted with a New Leaf Online practitioner partner or have a signed approval form from your own healthcare practitioner. The products are not available via our online shop, but instead our Practitioner Only Product Order Form should be completed by your practitioner together with your nominated payment details, and then forwarded by fax or scanned / email to New Leaf Online for processing.

There are two versions of the form:

Adobe pdf (40kB) - print & complete the form by hand
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (45kB) - type in the details and then print for signing

Orders will be dispatched once the details have been confirmed with your healthcare practitioner and payment has been received.

Introducing Adam Rigby
