Australia Post Regular Post provides road service for parcels weighing up to 20kg throughout Australia.  Price varies with weight and distance and are calculated during the New Leaf Online check out process using the charges from the Australia Post web site.

As a guide, New Leaf Online orders received before 3pm are generally dispatched on the same day, if not the next business day, and delivered:

• Melbourne metropolitan area are delivered in 1 business day
• Victorian regional or major interstate capitals are delivered within 2 business days
• Interstate regional centres are delivered within 3 to 4 business days
• Remote rural areas can take up to 5 business days for delivery

It should also be noted that the Australia Post Regular Parcel Post can be used to deliver packages to Australia Post post office boxes.

While Australia Post is the New Leaf Online preferred delivery method, we reserve the right to use other couriers where a more efficient & just as reliable & timely delivery method is available. This is especially the case for local and Melbourne metropolitan deliveries.

Express Parcel Post is a next business day delivery service guaranteed to all street addresses and post office boxes within the Australia Post Express Post next business day network. The national next business day network operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and a number of other major Australian regional city centres.

Within each State an additional next business day delivery network is available between a number of places not included in the national network. Beyond these networks, the fastest possible delivery is provided on a Australia Post non-guaranteed basis.

New Leaf Online orders requiring Express Parcel Post delivery received prior to 3pm are generally dispatched on the same day, if not the next business day.

Delivery charges for International destinations will be calculated after the order has been submitted and will be separately charged. Except where there is an alternative customer preference, international orders will be sent using Australia Post for which there are a range of international postage options. The options and related charges will be confirmed with the customer prior to the order being dispatched.

Where there are foreign custom's duty or taxes levied on the order, it will be the responsibility of the customer / receiver to pay for these charges using local in country arrangements.
